Day 233: Pug Portmanteau

Today’s project was to create a portmanteau and use it.  A portmanteau is a new word created by combining two parts of preexisting words; its meaning is basically a blend of the two original words. For example, spork is a blend of spoon and fork.

The portmanteau is spug, a combination of spoiled and pug.  It was inspired by the project from Day 211 and every day of Eloise’s life.

As illustration for spug, here’s Eloise perched in her favorite spot, the back of the sofa.

About puglife

Eloise the pug, starred in my 2012 project "365 Days of Pugs". Halley the pug, a recent addition, will no likely be featured her when she can stay still long enough to have her picture taken.
