Day 126: Helium Pugs

Today’s project was to make something that can fly and test it out.

Taking artistic license, I decided that floating and flying were similar enough.  A few helium balloons were adorned with pug faces, then Eloise and I went to the neighborhood park to document them.  Two young pug-lovers looked on while these were taken, and they each got a balloon when we were done.  Hi to Nina and Jack!

Once I got home, I started thinking that the project should have stuck more to the assignment so made this pug paper airplane, too.  It had some difficulty staying aloft.

About puglife

Eloise the pug, starred in my 2012 project "365 Days of Pugs". Halley the pug, a recent addition, will no likely be featured her when she can stay still long enough to have her picture taken.

  1. I don’t think it’s possible for Eloise to take a bad picture!! Just too precious!

  3. My pug just had her Bday and this would have been prefect for decorations…pug balloons. I’m putting this in my day planner for next year’s Bday. Great project!
