Day 110: Red Wine Pug

Today’s project was to work with mistakes, to spill some ink, milk, or other liquid then go from there.

I decided to work with red wine, a Malbec to be specific, since a bottle was at hand and open.  Some of it was “spilled” onto a plate.  As an experiment, I added a bit of liquid dishwashing soap to see how they would react.  The cleanser held its shape more than expected and became fairly opaque, so it allowed me to make something resembling a pug with my finger.
